1982 was a breakout year for science fiction cinema. It was the year of the premiere of Blade Runner. Since then, the media have written thousands of articles about it. Therefore, the 40 years of Blade Runner in 2022 was another opportunity to talk once again about the relevance of this film.

The aim of the story was to show where Blade Runner was right about the future and where it wasn’t. We decided to create a graphic novel story where two new ‘replicants’ came to Earth in search of the four Blade Runner protagonists.

They find that some things are exactly as expected and some are very different.

We created a scrollytelling piece with a surprising ending, where all the facts are embedded in the fiction.
